November 3 - 8, 2008 - World Broomball Championships in Burnaby, BC Canada

Oct. 26/07 - Committee met with Burnaby City officials.

Nov. 10/07 - 2008 WBC Committee meeting - Minutes will be posted soon.

Dec. 1/07 -  Committees have been meeting regularly and are ready to go.

Jan. 30/08 - There have been regular weekly meetings, and these will
              continue until the championships are complete. We have
              secured corporate sponsors, including Labatts Breweries,
              and several major hotels, to make this World tournament the best ever.          
               Tourism Burnaby has committed to suppling with their help as well.

Feb. 13/08 - Securing a large capacity arena for the World Championships finals.
               All committees are set, and everything is going full steam ahead!
               Weekly meetings continue, and running smoothly.

July 24/08 - All venues secured. 48+ teams registered to play.
                     Volunteer drive in full swing.
